Todd has taken his self-imposed alienation to extreme levels by physically relocating himself and his musical instruments to California, where he alone has sworn to debunk the myth of Scientology. It was while attending the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee "Film" school that Todd met his "friends" and fellow "band mates", Batchelder and Plato.

Todd is fond of doing things the hard way, which often flies in the face of irritating Rainbow's other members, who prefer the easy way and often achieve superior results. If you're wondering why you still haven't heard that new spoken word album of Irritating Rainbow short stories, it's because Todd hasn't yet written any, and the other members are still politely waiting for him.

Todd would like to remind everyone that life is what happens when you're not paying attention, and that it's always wrong to steal. Don't think that just because you're underage that that makes it ok. I'm talking to you, Morgan Bobo.
